We strongly encourage reservations. Tours often sell out ahead of time. Book online or call the office for last minute availability.

We do not issue tickets. After reserving, your name and number of guests will be added to our guest reservation list. You will only need the name under which the reservation was booked.

All sales are final after your credit card has been processed. We do not offer refunds, adjustments, or exchanges for another tour time. All tours depart at the scheduled time.

Our tour is 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic.

Our Gangster Bus does not have any storage space. Anything on your lap must not interfere with the aisle or the guest sitting next to you. If you need to store luggage perhaps your hotel can accommodate you.

This tour is recommended for high school age students or older. We do not have a children’s price.

Unfortunately, the Gangster Bus is not wheelchair accessible.

The tour will take you through downtown Chicago plus the neighborhoods of Chinatown, Greek Town, Pilsen, Little Italy and Lincoln Park.

No. Our guests will remain seated for the duration of the tour.

Our Limo buses are fully climate controlled, and come with an excellent sound system, and comfortable seats.

The Gangster Tour is given in English only. The tour includes slang and other terms from the 1920s and 1930s.

We do have group rates. If you book 10 or more guests on one credit card, the price per person will be $35.

Our Gangster Guide will be at our Gangster Bus answering questions and boarding passengers. There are no other Untouchable Tour representatives at 600 N. Clark promoting our tour.

We do not allow coolers, alcohol or food on the bus. Non-alcoholic beverages with a lid are welcome.
